Bands

the fields of the nephilim (fotn)

My favourite band. Okay, they are not in their original lineup anymore. Just lead singer Carl McCoy remained, but he is still carrying the torch. Thanks Carl! And one still hopes for a reunion as the quality of the original lineup is still unmet. All FOTN albums until “The Nephilim” is something I never get tired listening too.

the last rites

Alexander (Nod) Wrights band, the Ex-Drummer of FOTN along with his brother Paul Wright, Ex-Guitarist of FOTN. The music is more for attentive listening than dancing and the second album “The Many Forms” is something never get tired listing to.
(Do not confuse them with an italian heavy metall band of the same name.)

nfd

Simon Ripping was the Drummer of Carl McCoy's Nefilim album, was part of Sensorium along with Guitarist Peter (Bob) White and Tony Pettitt, Ex-Guitarist of FOTN, finally joined them at NFD.

gothminister

    These guys just rock.

twice a man
tenebre
blutengel
alien sex fiend

    Mr. and Mrs. Fiend.

the cure

Everything after their “Disintegration” album is depressing non-depressing.

the sisters of mercy (SOM)

If only Andrew Eldritch would not insist to create only high quality music, and therefore not creating anything at all during the last years. But then, there is still James Ray. ;)

the james ray

Just visit his site. There are free MP3s for download, which explains more than words.

clan of xymox
born for bliss

One album, then gone. But, hey, wait! There is a second one which they distribute on their own.

die krupps

And my Youtube favourite music clips.
